The TPC14-AIoT comes with on-board terminal interfaces including 6×RJ45, 8× USB, 6×HDMI ports, as well as 10×COM, 2×CAN and 8×GPIO, and has built-in industrial control protocols. Robust Edge Computing Capabilities

The TPC14-AIoT is equipped with the Rockchip® RK3588 octa-core flagship CPU, supporting a full range of edge computing functions including data collection, integrated analysis and anomaly handling. Paired with a 6 Tops NPU, it enables the deployment of AI applications such as local fault diagnosis, load forecasting and power quality analysis algorithms, optimizing system safety and energy efficiency.

Real-time Monitoring and Remote Management

The TPC14-AIoT integrates multiple access methods including Ethernet, 4G, and WiFi/Bluetooth. It is equipped with 2×2.5G high-bandwidth network ports plus 4×Gigabit network ports, which not only enables real-time transmission over a wider range and with larger data volumes, but also receives scheduling instructions from cloud platforms, meeting the requirements for real-time monitoring and control of power grids.

Developed based on the ARM architecture, the TPC14-AIoT comes with Android 12 as the standard operating system, supporting the smooth operation of customers’ customized power monitoring software and programs. It provides API development interfaces, enabling connection to enterprise or third-party management cloud platforms for remote monitoring, configuration and management of device status.

Industrial-grade Stability and Reliability

The TPC14-AIoT supports a wide voltage power supply of 9V~36V and wide temperature operation from -20°C to 70°C. It features EMI/EMC electromagnetic interference resistance, ESD Level 4 electrostatic protection, and digital isolation for all interfaces, enabling reliable operation in harsh power industry environments. Built-in watchdog, automatic reset and multi-network redundancy functions ensure the continuous stability of hardware and systems at the underlying level, meeting the requirements for unattended and non-stop operation scenarios.
