Focusing on large enterprise users with expansive office spaces and numerous meeting rooms, high-frequency meetings and client receptions pose challenges in achieving rapid booking and efficient utilization of meeting rooms. A client approached TouchThink seeking to procure its Face Recognition all-in-one PC for use as Digital Meeting Room Signage. The requirements included cloud connectivity to enable meeting scheduling via mini-programs, web pages, and third-party software, along with synchronized meeting information to enhance organizational efficiency. Dodatkowo, the system must support facial recognition, card swiping, and QR code scanning for access control and attendance check-in. Specific requirements are as follows:
- Multiple identity verification methods, supporting functional modules such as facial recognition cameras, IC card readers, and QR code scanning;
- 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen supporting multi-touch operation, displaying meeting room information;
- I/O functionality, enabling external LED lights to indicate meeting room occupancy status;
- Flush-mounted installation, rugged and durable.
