7×24-hour unattended remote monitoring for multi-factory campuses, multiple workshops, индустриальные парки, machine rooms, water treatment plants, mines and production lines. This solution integrates video security, equipment environmental monitoring and PLC data to realize unified remote management and control. It supports on-site touch screen viewing, centralized dispatching at headquarters, as well as remote access via mobile phones and computers from offsite locations. It addresses the shortcomings of commercial-grade equipment, including poor wide-temperature resistance, insufficient dustproof performance, system failure during network outages and incompatibility with multi-protocol interconnection.

The edge industrial PC (МПК) undertakes computing, gateway and local storage functions, while industrial monitors deliver local visual output. Combined with SD-WAN encrypted remote networking and a unified cloud management platform, the solution forms a hybrid architecture featuring local autonomy plus centralized remote management.
The complete remote monitoring system consists of CCTV video surveillance, environmental sensors, PLC industrial data acquisition, and remote cloud/SD-WAN transmission.
In short, CCTV is an indispensable video subsystem of this system. This integrated solution is far more than a simple CCTV system, as it is additionally equipped with industrial equipment data monitoring capabilities.

1) Front-End Acquisition Layer (On-Site Perception)
