Shop Floor Terminals are human-machine interaction devices deployed at each workstation on production lines, connecting upper management systems with workshop sites.
They support MES production reporting, work order management, barcode material traceability, ESOP electronic work instruction display, QC data entry, equipment status collection and production abnormality alerts.
Based on hardware platforms, they are divided into ARM Android shop floor terminals and X86 Windows shop floor terminals. By functional configuration, categories include basic display terminals, integrated barcode-scanning terminals, RFID card reader terminals and multi-function all in-one terminals, widely adopted in new energy, auto parts, 3C electronics and other intelligent manufacturing industries.
