Yes. We offer custom sizes from 7″ to 32″, custom bezel colors, logo engraving, and cutout modifications. Minimum order for customization is typically 50 units.
- What operating systems are supported?
Our touch panels support Windows 10/11, Linux (Ubuntu/Debian), and Android 9/10/11/12/13/14. Pure LCD display panels are OS-agnostic.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard products: MOQ is 1 unit for samples, 10 units for production orders. Custom OEM/ODM products: MOQ is typically 50–100 units.
- Do displays come with CE and FCC certification?
Yes. All standard products ship with CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. UL listing is available on select models.
- What is the warranty period?
Standard warranty is 2 years from shipment date. Extended 3-year and 5-year warranty options are available.
- How long does sample delivery take?
Standard product samples ship within 3–5 business days via DHL/FedEx. Custom samples require 2–4 weeks.
